Associate Director of Strategic Communications and Executive Operations
Job Summary
What We Are Looking For
The Associate Director of Strategic Communications & Executive Operations provides high-level administrative operational and project support to the Resource Development and Brand Engagement executive offices. This role serves as a trusted partner in managing day-to-day priorities coordinating projects and meetings preparing executive-level materials and ensuring key initiatives move forward with organization accuracy and follow-through.
The ideal candidate is highly organized proactive resourceful and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication presentation and visual storytelling skills are also important to the role.
All applicants must be eligible to work un the US on a full time basis.
What Will You Do
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Resource Development and Brand Engagement executive offices.
Assist with scheduling meeting coordination agendas briefing materials and follow-up.
Track priorities action items and commitments to ensure timely completion.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify ways to improve organization and workflow.
Coordinate with internal departments and external constituents on behalf of executive leadership.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
Support projects and initiatives from concept through completion.
Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to gather information align priorities and maintain
timelines.
Maintain organized project files task lists and documentation.
Manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Identify challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
Organize and synthesize information to support executive decision-making.
Prepare reports summaries briefing documents talking points and presentations.
Create polished presentations and pitch decks for leadership donors partners and other
stakeholders.
Translate complex information into clear concise and compelling materials.
Ensure communications and materials reflect organizational priorities messaging and brand
standards.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylors mission
Ability to comply with University policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
