Associate Customer Logistics Analyst

Reporting to the Manager Customer Logistics you will support successful collaboration with internal and external customers and suppliers to meet business needs within the Customer Logistics function. You will respond to information requests communicate business impacts to stakeholders and support logistics operations through data analysis reporting process improvement and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic business environment.

• Gather analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and operational objectives.
• Identify issues and opportunities and recommend solutions that improve customer logistics performance.
• Create reports dashboards and metrics that drive action and resolution.
• Present findings and insights that support understanding alignment and informed decision-making.
• Support problem solving business process improvements and customer requests.
• Partner across multiple functions and organizational levels to achieve business objectives.
• Document business processes and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
• Apply judgment in financial operational and transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issues.
• Support work in an ambiguous and fast-paced business environment.
• Organize and prioritize multiple activities and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate effectively across geographies and cultures.
• Influence peers and stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomes.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• Bachelors degree in Business or a related field and/or up to 3 years of related business experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently under general supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on commitments.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience leveraging artificial intelligence-powered tools and technologies to improve productivity streamline workflows enhance decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets using Power BI to identify trends monitor key performance indicators and communicate business insights to stakeholders.
• Success working in an agile collaborative and fast-paced business environment.

Compensation

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal Conagra employees Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
