WHAT IS THE JOB
This position responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring seamless day-to-day headquarters operations. This role combines human resources expertise with workplace experience coordination to create a positive compliant and engaging environment. The position partners closely with the HR Director to execute people strategies and ensures high-quality delivery of programs events and operational initiatives that reinforce company culture and values.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the full employee lifecycle by driving onboarding offboarding culture programs and events.
- Partner with the HR Director to deliver timely communication on key HR programs including EOS quarterly discussions and the annual review process ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct new hire orientation and maintain accurate up-to-date HR policies and employee handbook content.
- Develop and implement company-wide engagement strategies; plan and execute events including town halls social activities holiday celebrations and the annual All-Star recognition event.
- Execute employee engagement surveys analyze data to identify trends and prepare reports for review.
- Produce internal communications such as weekly employee news monthly birthday announcements and culture materials.
- Coordinate annual compliance training and track completion across departments.
- Support HQ store training and award events by coordinating all travel lodging and meal logistics.
- Act as liaison with property management handling building operations maintenance requests and facility related needs.
- Manage office and kitchen supplies.
WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- 1-3 years experience in HR office administration or a similar combined role
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Organized driven problem solver and team player with a no task is too small attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and personalities effectively.
- Maintain strict confidentiality; understand its non-negotiable for this role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
