Job Description

What you will be doing:

Work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities.
Provide strong research writing and advocacy writing support for complex commercial litigation matters.
Manage cases and support litigation strategy through oral arguments depositions and discovery.
Handle party and third-party discovery responsibilities as part of the litigation team.

Experience you will need:

2–3 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
Very strong research writing and advocacy writing skills.
Case management experience.
Experience taking the lead in oral arguments.
Experience taking and/or defending depositions.
Significant party and third-party discovery experience.
J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.
Admission in good standing with the Texas Bar or taking steps to become admitted in Texas.
