Were looking for an Associate Collections Specialist for our office in Alpharetta GA. The position is full-time on-site.

About the role

Youll be a key member in a dedicated collections function. Your primary focus will be making outbound calls to our active customers about outstanding balances driving consistent follow-through to maximize collections. This role is entirely collections-focusedyou wont handle renewals or other customer advocate responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Youll spend a significant portion of your day making outbound calls to customers with outstanding balances. Youll engage in confident conversations about payment status and due dates while maintaining consistent follow-up to drive collections results. Youll actively manage your accounts receivable portfolio and generate weekly aging reports to track progress.

Youll assess customer creditworthiness to inform credit and payment decisions ensuring portfolio health. Youll investigate discrepancies in accounts including short-paid and overpaid invoices to maintain accuracy. Youll work closely with your Team Manager to resolve billing issues and escalate disputes as needed.

About you

You have a collections mindset and thrive in fast-paced high-volume calling environments. Youre confident persistent and highly organizedcomfortable spending most of your day on the phone making 4050 outbound calls. Youre customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills and a drive to achieve measurable results.

You have 03 years of relevant experience in collections customer service or similar customer-facing roles. Youre proficient in Excel and word processing software. You communicate clearly in English with additional languages as a valuable asset.

To be ahead of the pack you might have:

• Background in collections accounts receivable or credit management
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or collections platforms
• Experience with credit evaluation and risk assessment
• Track record of meeting or exceeding collection targets
