Associate Attorney Real Estate

Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. (HCMP) is seeking an associate attorney to join the firms real estate transactional team. The ideal candidate is junior to mid-level with general transactional experience. We are looking for a team player a creative and practical problem solver and a colleague with a good sense of this role you will work with the real estate team representing local regional and national clients across a full range of real estate matters including purchase and sale transactions leasing financing development and construction contracts joint ventures and condominium formation and governance.

HCMP is a Seattle-based law firm of 50 attorneys whose core practices focus on representing and advising Pacific Northwest companies. We have earned a reputation as a leading firm with consistent recognition by distinguished industry lists and awards and annual ranking by U.S. News Best Lawyers as a Best Law Firm. Our Banking Public Finance and Real Estate practices are consistently ranked top practice areas in the U.S. News-Best Lawyers Best Law Firms list.

Exceptional client service self-motivation teamwork creativity and close attention to detail are critical for this role. The ideal candidate will have one to four years transactional experience. Candidates should be licensed to practice in (or willing to become licensed in) Washington.

Compensation Hybrid Work & Other Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $180000$205000 with bonus-earning potential based on the desired experience range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on various factors including the candidates relevant experience and qualifications.

This position is eligible for hybrid work. We strongly encourage a minimum of one day per week worked in our office preferably Tuesdays. While we value flexibility business needs may necessitate different or additional in-office days beyond our current policy.
