Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team in Portland this on-site role you will handle a diverse array of legal matters including conducting legal research providing advice to clients negotiating agreements and litigating cases. Our cases are interesting and varied. We have representated the state of Oregon in antitrust matters involving billion dollar mergers routinely represent individuals in real estate disputes and everything in between. We frequently represent plaintiffs in multi-million dollar securities litigation. The variation provides attorneys a training ground to hone trial skills on the smaller cases while at the same time taking on significant roles in large impact liitigation. We are seeking candidates with superior academic credentials with two to four years of experience. Clerkship or other government experience is a plus factor as is prior work at large law firms.
