Job Summary
Bremer Whyte Brown & OMeara LLP is seeking a versatile Business Transactions Associate to join our award-winning team in our newest office in South Orange County. As part of the Firms continued growth across the Western U.S. this is a ground-floor opportunity to help build and shape our tenth office while being supported by the resources of an established 225 attorney firm proudly recognized for our sixth consecutive year in the U.S. News Best Lawyers Best Law Firms rankings.
As an integral member of our Business Team you will represent clients in a variety of corporate transactional matters including forming and maintaining entities drafting employment agreements independent contractor agreements asset purchase agreements equity transfer agreements and more. You will work with a diverse range of clients including individuals businesses and organizations. This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth as you will collaborate closely with experienced partners and team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling corporate transactional matters preferably in a law firm environment
- Proficient in drafting corporate formation documents employment agreements independent contractor agreements asset purchase agreements and equity transfer agreements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and counsel
- Ability and desire to work independently while also collaborating with team members
- Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the California State Bar required

For more information about how we use your personal information please visit expected base salary range is $150000-$250000 however actual compensation will be determined based on experience (this does not include bonus plan).
