Location

Remote-friendly role with a strong preference for attorneys based in the Phoenix AZ metro area allowing you to work remotely while staying connected locally.

Note

This role requires a licensed Arizona attorney with meaningful experience in construction defect litigation real estate or business disputes and complex civil litigation.

Job Description

• Handle complex civil litigation matters including construction defect real estate and business disputes
• Represent builders developers and business clients throughout all phases of litigation
• Draft and argue motions conduct discovery and manage case strategy
• Work directly with clients opposing counsel and internal teams to drive cases forward
• Provide practical business-minded legal advice aligned with client goals

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
• 3 years of directly relevant litigation experience
• Background in construction defect litigation real estate disputes or business litigation
• Strong legal writing research and analytical skills
• Experience from law firm in-house or solo practice environments welcomed
