Assitant Manager Auto Body

Valenti Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager at our busy Collision this role you will support the Bodyshop Manager in overseeing daily operations ensuring high-quality repairs managing staff dispatching Repair Order Completing Repair Order paperworkand maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. • Assist the Auto Body Manager in coordinating and supervising the auto body repair shop operations.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely and quality vehicle repairs and refinishing.
• Provide leadership and guidance to shop staff including training and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety environmental and company policies.
• Work closely with customers to address concerns and guarantee satisfaction.
• Order parts and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors and insurance companies to facilitate repair approvals and payments.

• Proven experience in the auto body industry preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes materials and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with estimating software and CDK software repair documentation is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is preferred.
