Buckingham is seeking a talented construction field Assistant Superintendent who achieves a high level of productivity. This individual is customer-centric a dynamic team player and values safety. The Assistant Superintendent understands the means and methods of multi-family or commercial building this role the individual is action-oriented unafraid of proactive planning and foresees concerns before they arise.

Qualified candidates must have the ability to work at the construction jobsite daily to include occasional overtime and weekend hours.

As Assistant Superintendent you are responsible for ensuring the project is performing in accordance with quality standards such as adhering to the schedule of daily jobsite activities and managing work lists to ensure subcontractor completion. A strong candidate is one who has the ability to understand the final product and can maintain organization. Strong consideration to a candidate who has working knowledge of civil architectural mechanical and/or electrical work.
