Working for our team you can truly make a work at MCC: Compensation: Competitive CompensationGenerous benefits package including medical dental vision disability life insurance and 401(k)Paid Holidays: New Years Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day plus 2 floating HolidaysResponsibilities:Lead overall effort of planning forecasting controlling and reporting on global cash managementOversee the companys domestic and foreign bank accounts and ensure cash funding is available in the legal entities business units and geographies neededMaintain necessary bank relationships and communicationsOversee the internal control aspects of all banking activities including identification of cybersecurity and fraud risks within treasury processes and implement mitigation strategies as appropriateDevelop and deliver regulatory and intent documentation for companys debtDevelop compliance certifications and supporting presentations for lendersDevelop ratings agency presentations and respond to agency inquiriesIdentify negotiate and secure equipment financing (capital leasing etc.)Oversee companys insurance coverage (property & casualty product recall cyber-security workers compensation etc.)Build document and deploy scalable processes that ensure repeatable high-quality executionSupport the banking and treasury management integration needs arising from business development initiativesBuild high quality presentations for internal teams management lenders PE and boardWork with CFO and Corporate Controller to coordinate reporting to Audit Committee as necessaryWork closely with Finance leadership (VP of Financial Planning & Analysis and VP of Operations Finance) as well as the analysts and investment professionals at the companys financial sponsorQualificationsAbility to translate complex topics policies or rules in accounting and lending compliance contracts to constituencies within finance function and non-financial staffManaging staff time and deliverables adjusting when circumstances demand itPlanning and guiding the execution of a calendar for complex deliverables (e.g. lender compliance certificate delivery) with deliverables that cut across multiple finance & accounting departmentsSetting expectations communicating them clearly and holding individuals accountableMultinational experience with awareness of cross-border funding / repatriation tax implicationsExperience managing treasury analysts financial analysts and accounting staffOther Considerations:Bachelors degree in accounting or finance requiredMasters degree or MBA desirableCTA CPA or other relevant professional certification(s) highly desirableStrong grounding in GAAP accounting principalsBackground in manufacturing company requiredExperience in accounting controlling and treasury requiredExperience in a private equity-owned company desirableAbility to work in a fast-paced high-change environment requiredProficiency in building complex MS Excel spreadsheets for modeling analysis and reporting requiredAbility to coach and develop a team in an environment with an evolving structure processes and IT tools requiredStrong written and verbal communications skills that can adjust to all levels of the organization from staff to management to board; comfort level interacting with all levels one-on-one or in groupsEthical trustworthy history of appropriately managing confidential informationStrong work ethic takes ownership of deliverables and willing to work on the detailsThis role is primarily office-based or home office-based requiring extended periods of sitting computer use occasional walking or light lifting and may involve brief visits to manufacturing areas; reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
