Assistant Therapy Program Manager

We have a Full-timesalaried position for an Assistant Therapy Program Manager (ATPM) opportunity available at our location in Grand Blanc MI. Preferred discipline is a PT OT PTA or COTA.

What is Required: Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy Physical Therapy or Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of management experience; or an Associate Degree (Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant) with a minimum of five (5) years management experience

Role of the Position: The Assistant Therapy Program Manager supports the Therapy Program Manager in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Rehabilitation Department. This position maintains a clinical caseload while providing administrative and operational support to promote excellent patient outcomes staff engagement and departmental performance
