Essential FunctionsKeep Projects on Track- Support field leadership team (Superintendents) in maintaining budgets tracking costs processing billing and identifying scope changes to ensure schedule and financial Ahead of the Schedule- Help manage site logistics support subcontractor orientations and ensure schedules align with quality safety and sustainability the Details-Take ownership of documentation: submittals RFIs change tracking quality checks and project the Best- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors always representing our companys values and commitment to Youll Need:13 years of experience in commercial construction ideally in a field or project engineer capacityBachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or related organizational and communication skills with a proactive with construction processes scheduling budgeting and document with project manager software (Constructware P6 Timberline etc.) advantageous.A drive to learn grow and make an impact in a collaborative fast-paced environment.A commitment to safety quality and operational excellence.
