• Lead and motivate crew to deliver fast friendly accurate service.
• Support all daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH).
• Ensure food safety cleanliness and product quality.
• Train coach and develop team members.
• Assist General Manager with labor costs food costs and scheduling.
• Manage cash handling inventory and shift paperwork.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Support local marketing events and community partnerships.
• Maintain a positive respectful and team-focused atmosphere.

• 13 years of restaurant or fast-food management experience (QSR preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• ServSafe certified (or able to become certified).
• Ability to work nights weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Passion for great guest service and team development.
