• Lead by example and represent the Dairy Queen brand professionally
• Deliver excellent customer (fan) service and coach the team to do the same
• Run shifts across front of house and kitchen operations
• Control labor and food cost to support profitability
• Enforce food safety cleanliness and brand standards
• Help hire train coach and develop Shift Leads and Crew Members
• Maintain a clean safe and organized restaurant
• Handle customer concerns using service recovery standards
• Support local marketing and community efforts when needed
• Take ownership of your responsibilities and hold the team accountable

• 13 years of restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred)
• Experience managing labor and food cost
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
• High energy dependable and organized
• Comfortable in fast-paced high-volume environment
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work around heat cold and busy shifts
• Professional attitude punctual positive mindset
