Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a leader with an outgoing energetic positive and friendly personality for the Assistant Manager position at our drive-thru only store!As a leader youll help develop the culture in your store using our core values of integrity love humility and courage as a coffee is new to you dont teach you everything you need to know about leading a coffee store!

Hours: 40 per week

The Assistant Manager is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the General Manager in a variety of store operations duties. This position serves as a role model to the baristas and as the team leader when the Store Manager is unavailable.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Scooters Amazing customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques
• Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm managing an efficient team workflow anticipating customer needs and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush
• Assist the GM in onboarding and training new team members
• Develop effective working relationships with team members
• Proactively seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales
• Understand and execute cash handling point of sale system and operational procedures in an accurate consistent manner
• Ensure team members follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines
• Serve as a keyholder following all opening and closing procedures
• Demonstrate punctuality dependability and adaptability
• Assist Store Manager with administrative duties
• Assist with the management of labor food and other controllable costs within budget guidelines
