A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with hiring scheduling barista training completing managerial paperwork tasks and running a clean efficiently operating store. This role also serves as the managerial point of contact when the Store Manager is off shift; this includes the expectation of consistently working nights and weekends. The Assistant Manager performs a vital role in maintaining a positive culture of loving our baristas and customers and by exemplifying the core values of Scooters Coffee.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Positive and professional demeanor and the ability to convey a positive team spirit amongst staff members

• Ability to communicate clearly

• Prior leadership experience preferred but not required; no prior Scooters management or barista experience necessary
