You will collaborate with the service team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive department success.

• Assist in managing daily operations of the automotive service department to ensure efficient and quality service delivery.
• Supervise and support service staff including technicians and service advisors.
• Help coordinate service scheduling and workflow to maximize productivity.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with company policies safety standards and industry regulations.
• Support inventory management and parts ordering processes.
• Assist in training and development of service team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall dealership operations.

• Previous experience in automotive service management a must. CDK or R/R.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
