JACK MADDEN FORD SERVICE IS CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY SCHEDULE!!!!!

In this role you will support the Service Manager in overseeing daily service department operations ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient workflow. You will work closely with technicians service advisors and customers to maintain a smooth and productive environment that meets both customer satisfaction and business targets.

• Assist the Service Manager in managing daily service department activities.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of service technicians and advisors.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding service progress and vehicle status.
• Help maintain a clean safe and organized service area.
• Support in managing parts inventory and ordering processes.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues effectively.
• Assist with scheduling and training of service department staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.

• Previous experience in automotive service management or a related role preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of automotive service procedures and terminology.
• Proficiency with inventory management and scheduling software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is advantageous.
