Location: Washington CT

Salary: Starting at $23.50 hourly (commensurate with education and experience)

• Associate degree or higher degree (BS/BA) preferred. High School diploma/GED
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Have a valid CT Drivers License.
• Be flexible patient energetic and creative.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adults with special needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit stand walk and bend and move throughout the workday
• Ability to lift push pull or assist with up to 70 pounds as needed
• Ability to assist with emergency responses including evacuations or crisis situations.
