Job Summary

Assistant Registrar for Compliance & Data

Mount Mercy University is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support student data integrity regulatory compliance and institutional reporting within the Registrars Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate enrollment reporting to the National Student Clearinghouse.
  • Collect validate and report data for federal state and institutional requirements including IPEDS.
  • Conduct audits of student information systems and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Support compliance initiatives and institutional data tracking.
  • Respond to internal data requests and prepare reports for university stakeholders.
  • Assist with graduation audits degree verification and student record maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with databases student information systems or data management.
  • Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of higher education regulations reporting requirements and data privacy preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
