As an Assistant Property Manager at JLL youll be the operational backbone for two multifamily residential communities in Coral Gables Floridaone in lease-up and one stabilized. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role. Youll manage the full resident lifecycle from lease renewals and collections to maintenance coordination and move-outs while building essential skills in property operations and financial reporting. We embrace more innovative ways of working and this role offers hands-on experience alongside an experienced Property Manager who will mentor your development. Youll step into leadership when needed taking full responsibility for property operations in your managers absence. Weekend availability is required to ensure our communities maintain the high standards our residents deserve.
- Assist with tenant communications and service requests ensuring prompt response times and effective resolution of issues
- Support financial management activities including invoice processing budget tracking and preparation of monthly operating reports
- Coordinate maintenance work orders with engineering teams and external contractors to maintain high property standards
- Conduct regular property walks and inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist with lease administration tasks including document preparation tenant move-in coordination and file management
- Help facilitate tenant events and building communications to enhance community engagement and satisfaction
- All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements local ordinances or as necessary to ensure property operations

Expected Schedule: 40 hours per week across 5 days Saturday and Sunday availability is required

- 1-2 years of property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant or resident relations
- Real Estate license required within 6 months of hire date
- 1-2 years of experience in budgeting invoicing and financial reporting
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically and effectively
- Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate Communications or related field
- Previous experience in commercial property management
- Familiarity with property management software systems such as Yardi MRI or similar platforms

En qué consiste este trabajo:
Como Asistente de Gerente de Propiedad en JLL serás la columna vertebral operacional de dos comunidades residenciales multifamiliares en Coral Gables Floridauna en fase de arrendamiento inicial y otra estabilizada. Se requiere fluidez tanto en inglés como en español para este puesto. Administrarás el ciclo completo de vida de los residentes desde renovaciones de contratos y cobros hasta coordinación de mantenimiento y mudanzas mientras desarrollas habilidades esenciales en operaciones de propiedades y reportes financieros. Adoptamos formas de trabajo más innovadoras y este puesto ofrece experiencia práctica junto a un Gerente de Propiedad experimentado que guiará tu desarrollo. Asumirás liderazgo cuando sea necesario tomando total responsabilidad de las operaciones de la propiedad en ausencia de tu gerente. Se requiere disponibilidad de fines de semana para garantizar que nuestras comunidades mantengan los altos estándares que nuestros residentes merecen.
Cómo será tu día a día:
- Asistir con comunicaciones de inquilinos y solicitudes de servicio garantizando tiempos de respuesta rápidos y resolución efectiva de problemas
- Apoyar actividades de gestión financiera incluyendo procesamiento de facturas seguimiento de presupuesto y preparación de reportes operativos mensuales
- Coordinar órdenes de trabajo de mantenimiento con equipos de ingeniería y contratistas externos para mantener altos estándares de la propiedad
- Realizar recorridos e inspecciones regulares de la propiedad para identificar necesidades de mantenimiento y garantizar cumplimiento con estándares de seguridad
- Asistir con tareas de administración de contratos incluyendo preparación de documentos coordinación de mudanzas de inquilinos y gestión de archivos
- Ayudar a facilitar eventos de inquilinos y comunicaciones del edificio para mejorar el compromiso y satisfacción de la comunidad
- Todas las demás tareas que puedan requerirse para cumplir con Acuerdos de Administración de Propiedades ordenanzas locales o según sea necesario para garantizar operaciones de la propiedad

Cualificaciones requeridas:
- 1-2 años de experiencia en administración de propiedades con éxito demostrado en relaciones con inquilinos o residentes
