Assistant Project Manager

Are you a highly motivated person that wants to make a difference in a growing company STS is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist the General Manager of our location in Los Angeles.

Our company specializes in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties. Projects range from new construction tenant improvement projects various types of remodel projects emergency services small repairs and restoration for a multitude of properties in the Los Angeles arecommitted to craftsmanship and having a team/family-oriented environment!

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the General Managerwith managing projects in process.
• Assisting the General Manager with updating allowance and budget spreadsheets.
• Meeting subcontractors for site walks and scope reviews
• Assisting the General Manager with various administrative tasks

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in working in construction or previous project management experience
• Basic computer skills (Email spreadsheets etc)
• Familiarity with construction management software and Office 365 is a plus
• Valid drivers license

Job Site Locations:The Greater Los Angeles area

Schedule:Monday-Friday

• Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
• End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
