We are looking for a proactive Assistant Project Manager to become a key member of our Energy and Utilities this vital role you will partner with executive leadership to drive the successful delivery of intricate infrastructure and operational programs. Your primary focus will be ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time within financial constraints and while strictly upholding safety and regulatory compliance. This position is crucial for sustaining operational stability and enhancing efficiency throughout our utility networks demanding a candidate who can effectively merge technical supervision with forward-thinking strategy in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to guide energy sector projects through all lifecycle phases from initial concept to final closure.
  • Orchestrate daily operations across cross-functional teams external vendors and contractors to guarantee alignment with established schedules and deliverables.
  • Track project advancement analyze performance metrics and generate comprehensive status updates for key stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners to address challenges and minimize potential risks.
  • Contribute to the creation of essential project documentation such as scope definitions risk registers and change control logs.
  • Verify that all project execution adheres to applicable industry regulations safety protocols and environmental mandates.
Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related discipline or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
  • Bring 1-3 years of direct experience in project coordination or management ideally within the Energy and Utilities industry.
  • Exhibit strong command of fundamental project management methodologies including schedule development budgeting and resource distribution.
  • Display exceptional organizational skills capable of handling competing priorities in high-stress situations.
  • Possess superior communication abilities both verbal and written with the talent to convey complex technical details to varied audiences.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing project management software suites and standard office productivity applications.
