Assistant Project Manager (Data Center Construction & Controls)

JSET Automated Technologies specializes in Building Automation Systems (BAS) Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) controls integration and mission-critical infrastructure projects. JSET is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the successful execution of data center controls and mission-critical infrastructure projects.

This is a field-focused role that works closely with Project Managers Superintendents field teams vendors and customers to help keep projects organized on schedule and moving forward.

• Support Project Managers with project execution and coordination
• Track project progress schedules action items and deliverables
• Assist with RFIs submittals and project documentation
• Coordinate material procurement deliveries and logistics
• Support project budgeting forecasting and cost tracking
• Attend project meetings and communicate project updates
• Maintain documentation in Procore and other project management systems
• Coordinate with field teams vendors subcontractors and customers
• Assist with project closeout and turnover activities
• Participate in jobsite visits and field coordination efforts

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in construction project coordination project administration field operations or a related environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid drivers license

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Business Project Management or a related field
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
• Experience supporting project schedules procurement budgets or change management
• Experience in construction electrical controls automation or low-voltage industries
