Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will assist Project Managers with scheduling budgeting subcontractor coordination documentation and quality control while ensuring projects are delivered safely efficiently and according to client expectations.

Compensation: $75000 $95000 per year
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
Support Project Managers in overseeing daily project operations schedules budgets and quality objectives.
Assist with tracking project progress identifying potential delays and supporting resolution of project issues.
Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers vendors and site personnel to maintain efficient workflow.
Assist in maintaining project documentation reports meeting notes and progress updates.
Construction Management Support
Review and interpret construction drawings specifications contracts and project documents.
Assist with project scheduling cost tracking and resource coordination.
Participate in project meetings with clients subcontractors and internal teams.
Support quality control processes to ensure project standards are maintained.
Team Collaboration
Build effective working relationships with project teams subcontractors consultants and stakeholders.
Communicate project updates risks and action items effectively.
Support a positive and collaborative project environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction project coordination or management support.
Experience with healthcare K-12 higher education or institutional construction projects preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings specifications and schedules.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) project delivery.
Familiarity with construction management software and project tracking tools.
Experience coordinating subcontractors and field teams.
OSHA or construction safety knowledge.
