Assistant Program Coordinator – School of Law

Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with the development and implementation of Law School programs including conferences conventions meetings and other program related events.
- Assists in Identifying and pursuing ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative procedures used by students and faculty.
- Provides operational and administrative support to Program Coordinators
- Assists with tracking program expenditures
- Responds to inquiries regarding program requirements.
- Assists in developing promotional and communication materials which may include content for reports briefings newsletters grants or other written information related to the program.
- Coordinates logistical arrangements for meetings conferences and travel.
- Provides support to the Deans Executive Assistant as needed
- Performs other related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
NOTE: Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
