Who You Are
You are a passionate equity-driven leader who believes deeply in the potential of every child and educator.
Qualifications:
Masters degree (required)
Massachusetts Assistant Principal/Principal licensure (or eligibility)
At least 5 years of successful teaching experience
Proven leadership experience with measurable student achievement gains
Experience working with diverse multilingual student populations
Strong knowledge of curriculum instruction and data-driven practices
