Assistant Principal Brewer High School

White Settlement ISD is seeking a dynamic and student-focused HighSchool Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. This role is critical in supporting campus operations student achievement and a positive school culture. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader who is passionate about fostering a safe inclusive and academically rigorous environment for all students.

• Assist in leading instructional programs to improve student learning outcomes.

• Support teachers through coaching professional development and curriculum implementation.

• Promote a positive school climate by managing student behavior discipline and engagement.

• Ensure compliance with state and district policies including attendance and academic accountability.

• Build strong relationships with students staff parents and the community.

• Oversee campus safety procedures and emergency preparedness.

• Collaborate with the principal in managing school operations staffing and budget planning.

• Texas Principal or Mid-Management Certification required.

• Masters degree in Educational Leadership Curriculum & Instruction or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience in middle school teaching and/or administration.

• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Texas education laws student discipline and instructional best practices.
