RESPONSIBILITIES
- As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) in the Labor & Delivery department this 350 bed acute care hospital youll join a close-knit team within a 16-bed unit known for its welcoming and supportive environment.
- Here youll build on the clinical expertise and leadership skills you developed at the bedside to guide and support a dedicated team that provides exceptional family-centered care.
- Youll coordinate patient care foster professional growth and help drive quality safety and performance initiatives that enhance outcomes for patients and staff alike. As part of an inclusive and collaborative workplace youll play a key role in cultivating a positive culture where every team member feels valued and empowered to grow.
- You bring both skill and heart to every shift creating a reassuring presence for patients and this role youll draw on your clinical expertise and personalized approach to guide families through lifes most meaningful moments with confidence and care.
- Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association required
Preferred
- Graduate of approved nursing program required Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
