Assistant Marketing Manager – Marketing & Events

We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support marketing campaigns brand initiatives promotional programs and live events. • Manage event logistics timelines vendors budgets materials and campaign deliverables.
• Collaborate with sales creative PR operations and leadership to execute successful marketing initiatives.
• Support digital marketing social media email marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials presentations promotional content and event collateral.
• Track campaign performance engagement leads conversions and other key marketing metrics.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while keeping campaigns and events on track.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications Public Relations or a related field preferred.
• 25 years of experience in marketing event planning promotions brand management or campaign coordination.
• Strong project management organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with marketing platforms CRM systems social media event software and Microsoft Office.
• Creative detail-oriented proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors while managing multiple priorities.

Experience with event marketing experiential marketing brand management digital marketing social media marketing product launches trade shows marketing analytics lead generation and campaign optimization is a plus.
