About Woodhouse Day Spa
- Work regularly scheduled shifts on the front desk personally performing Spa Coordinator duties
- Coach and develop hospitality team members to confidently sell retail and hit sales goals
- Run daily sales huddles and give real-time on-the-floor coaching
- Maximize the appointment book and drive upsells and advanced service bookings
- Ensure the guest journey is followed on every guest from arrival to departure
- Train new hires and serve as Manager on Duty supporting the Spa Director
- 2-4 years of front desk guest services or hospitality leadership experience in a sales-driven environment
- A proven hands-on track record coaching a team to hit retail and booking goals
- Strong training coaching and communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- A hospitality team consistently hitting retail and upsell goals
- A fully maximized appointment book with minimal gaps
- A team youve personally coached to sell with confidence
