Most of our GMs started as AMs. After youve run a Two Sisters Pizza store successfully for a year you can apply for franchise ownership. Trainer and Regional Manager roles are also open to you.

Train and develop your team
Make sure everyone on your shift shows up and is ready to go
Place food orders and keep inventory in check
Put product quality above everything else
Handle customer concerns quickly
Keep the team looking sharp and professional

Qualifications :
What you need
18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Restaurant experience preferred; management experience a plus
Organized motivating and calm in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
