Assistant Manager (Full-Time)
In cooperation with or in the absence of the Store Manager the Assistant Manager handles overall supervision shift management and store profitability while maintaining our high brand standards.
- Compensation: $17.50/hour tips (Earn up to $20.00/hour total)

- Core Responsibilities:
- Roll twist and bake fresh dough and pretzels from scratch.
- Recruit onboard and train new team members.
- Drive customer satisfaction manage inventory/stock and hit performance goals.
- Requirements: Previous management experience in retail or restaurant environments a valid drivers license and full open availability (including evenings and weekends).
Shift Leader (Variable Hours)
The Shift Lead directs daily restaurant operations in the absence of the management team to maintain strict food quality safety and cleanliness standards.
- Compensation: $16.00/hour tips (Tips average an additional $2.00$3.00/hour)

- Core Responsibilities:
- Prep bake and enthusiastically serve pretzels and beverages to guests.
- Monitor employee scheduling breaks and overtime during your shift.
- Assist in training new hires on operational standards.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old.
