Assistant Manager

In this role you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure a high level of operational excellence customer service and team performance. You will play an important role in expense management revenue growth staff development daily operations and workplace culture.

• Lead and develop the team by setting clear expectations coaching employees and providing consistent feedback.
• Maintain an exceptional customer experience through high standards for service cleanliness merchandising inventory and property presentation.
• Support business growth by identifying revenue opportunities monitoring expenses and responsibly using company resources.
• Partner with the General Manager to address operational needs employee and customer concerns and opportunities for improvement

• Previous leadership experience with the ability to coach motivate and hold others accountable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both employees and customers.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to make sound decisions and address challenges effectively.

• Starting Salary: $45000 annually
