• Supervise multiple commercial cleaning accounts throughout the assigned territory.
• Conduct daily and nightly site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Train coach mentor and support cleaning staff.
• Schedule employees and ensure all accounts are properly staffed.
• Assist with recruiting onboarding and employee development.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning chemicals paper products and equipment.
• Help manage material costs and supply budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Complete inspections reports and other administrative tasks.
• Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned by the Area Manager.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial janitorial industry.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (email Microsoft Office and mobile applications).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Must successfully pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) review background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
