Were looking for a results-driven Assistant General Manager to lead a dealership to success under the mentorship of an experienced General Manager. As the Assistant General Manager you will be the on-site leader of the dealership leading daily operations developing team performance ensuring inventory readiness and championing customer satisfaction.

What Youll Do:

• Lead daily dealership operations including sales collections and customer service.
• Mentor coach and motivate a team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community to drive business growth.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
