About the role

As an Assistant Manager you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team building community connections and creating a seamless customer experience. This position helps foster a welcoming environmentfor both associates and customersthat enables us to create memorable personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

In this role youll have the opportunity to:

• Build lead and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the financial goals of the store and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring development and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Take ownership to ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management daily replenishment of floor merchandise and execution of inventories.
• Ensure compliance with all policies guidelines and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events philanthropy and other initiatives.

Youll bring to the role

• Passion for our brand fashion and empowering confidence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend reach stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom operate the register and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
