Job Summary
Seeking an Assistant Lead Maintenance Technician at Harbor Walk Apartments.
Requirements:
- 2 years of maintenance or apartment maintenance experience
- Bilingual preferred not required
- Previous leadership experience required
- Experience leading training or mentoring maintenance team members
- Experience with apartment turns and make-readies
- Strong plumbing electrical HVAC and general maintenance knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and support the Lead Maintenance Technician
- Professional dependable and positive attitude
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- EPA/CPO certification preferred or willingness to obtain
