This is a production-based role. Youll be responsible for:

Handling inbound internet leads fast and professionally
Making outbound calls to set appointments
Following up through calls texts and emails every day
Confirming appointments and setting solid expectations
Tracking all activity in our CRM (no shortcuts)
Re-engaging unsold leads and old opportunities
Working closely with managers and sales consultants to close deals
Being the first impression of our dealership and setting the tone
