Assistant Ingredient Plant Manager

An outstanding full-time opening for an Assistant Ingredient Plant Manager has become available for an individual with 3 years of food manufacturing/operations experience in a facility near St. Johns NC. They will oversee food processing operations and ensure facility compliance.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3 years of Food Manufacturing/Processing experience within a large plant/facility.
• Familiarity with Food Safety/Security procedures FMSA/HACCP programs and GMPs are a MUST
• Experience applying Engineering Theory to improve production standards and plant efficiencies are a MUST
• Experience with inventory management conducting field studies on production equipment process methods production rates etc. is a PLUS
• A Bachelors Degree or higher in Food/Science or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience is a MUST
