Assistant Home Shopping Manager

The Assistant D.U.G. (Drive Up & Go) Manager supports the D.U.G. Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the online grocery pickup and delivery department. This position helps ensure exceptional customer service order accuracy operational efficiency associate development and department profitability. The Assistant D.U.G. Manager plays a critical role in delivering a convenient and seamless shopping experience while supporting sales growth and operational excellence.

• Assist in managing the daily operation of the Drive Up & Go department.
• Oversee order picking staging loading and fulfillment processes.
• Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and within company service standards.
• Monitor department workflow and staffing needs throughout the day.
• Support execution of company initiatives promotions and operational programs.
• Maintain department readiness and ensure a smooth customer pickup experience.

• Deliver exceptional service to pickup and delivery customers.

• Basic computer and technology proficiency required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays.
