Assistant General Manager Retail

• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of retail management experience preferably in a department store specialty retail hospitality food service or airport retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead coach and develop teams while promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Strong understanding of customer service retail operations merchandising and inventory management.
• Proven ability to support sales growth manage operational priorities and achieve performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication leadership organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends holidays and varying shifts in a 24/7 airport environment.
