Were seeking an experienced hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead an extremely successful upscale-casual restaurant in one of West Michigans most desirable resort communities near Lake Michigan.

Featuring a vibrant dining room expansive outdoor patio seasonal tourism traffic and a strong commitment to exceptional guest experiences this restaurant is designed to become a premier gathering place for both locals and visitors.

What Youll Do

• Help lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Recruit train coach and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
• Create an exceptional guest experience that drives loyalty and positive word-of-mouth
• Assist the GM in managing labor food cost beverage cost and overall financial performance
• Establish and maintain service standards that reflect an upscale-casual dining experience
• Assist in scheduling inventory management purchasing and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and liquor regulations
• Partner with ownership to execute business objectives and growth initiatives
• Foster a culture of accountability teamwork and hospitality excellence

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of Restaurant Manager experience
• Experience in upscale-casual polished casual or chef-driven restaurant concepts
• Proven success managing high-volume operations
• Strong leadership communication and team-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and profitability
• Experience hiring and developing management-level talent
• Good financial acumen with knowledge of P&L management
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
