What Youll Do:
As the Assistant GeneralManager youll be responsible for supporting the GM by leading the Copper Vineoperations team creating memorable guest experiences via a curated GuestJourney and assisting in day-to-day management of the food and beverageprogram across all meal periods.
Yourresponsibilities will include:
- Recruiting hiring training and developing an exceptional service team.
- Leading daily food and beverage operations with a hands-on presence on the floor.
- Creating a culture rooted in genuine hospitality and personalized guest experiences.
- Training servers bartenders hosts and support staff while setting the standard through your own leadership.
- Managing scheduling labor productivity inventory and cost of sales.
- Overseeing beverage inventory ordering and operational controls.
- Partnering with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Engaging with guests through table touches service recovery and relationship building.
- Training and refining operating procedures and service standards that are the foundation of Copper Vines food and beverage program.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Events team to curate unforgettable celebrations and ensure every guest experiences exceptional hospitality at every touchpoint.
- Continuously looking for ways to elevate the guest experience while improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Five or more years in a leadership role in high-volume upscale restaurants or polished dining concepts.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails wine and elevated food service.
- Proven experience hiring training and developing successful teams.
- Hands-on operational leadership with excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Strong understanding of labor management scheduling inventory and cost controls.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $65000$80000 annual salary
- Performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary based on KPI achievement
