Were seeking an experienced full-time Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) to join our nursing management team. Working alongside the Director of Nursing Services youll help guide daily operations support nursing staff and strengthen the quality and consistency of resident care.

How youll make an impact

As ADNS youll help turn care standards into consistent daily practice. You will:

  • Support nursing operations: Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning organizing implementing evaluating and directing the departments daily functions.
  • Promote coordinated care: Help coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
  • Strengthen quality: Assist with quality review and systems management to identify opportunities for improvement and support effective nursing practices.
  • Provide leadership: Work with the nursing management team to support staff and uphold standards of person-centered care.
  • Share on-call coverage: Participate in the on-call rotation with the Director of Nursing Services and other nurse managers.

What youll bring

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • A current New Hampshire Registered Nurse license maintained in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in a long-term care healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures relevant to long-term care.
  • Current CPR/BCLS and IV certifications.
