Key Responsibilities

• Own the review of monthly financials and month-end close activities across a diverse portfolio of operating entities and properties
• Support acquisitions investment activity capital projects and other strategic initiatives from an accounting and financial perspective
• Assist with budgeting forecasting year-end activities and tax-related initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve processes reporting and efficiency through technology automation and AI
