The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: 

• Assists the Project Management team with management administration on a small to moderate size and scope project or a portion of a larger more complex project following set guidelines for tasks.
• Contact subcontractors for timely submittal of proposals and clarifications.
• Employee receives clear and specific instructions and/or follows standardized instructions or procedures without ongoing supervision.
• Employee consults with supervisor on matters not covered in the original instructions.
• May interface with design team.
• Works closely with construction project teams.
• Assists with and monitors change orders.
• Reviews project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract.
• Works with document control systems project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
• Attends meetings and report on project tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must have completed Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture or relevant curriculum or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS Civil Mechanical Engineering Architecture Construction Management.
• Experience from a large general contractor as an Engineer Assistant Superintendent or Assistant Project Manager.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/renderings.
• Experience with construction documentation such as change orders RFI. RFP etc.
• Experience with construction software such as Procore E-Builder CMiC etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Teams Outlook).
