Job Summary
- Comply with and uphold all NCAA conference departmental and institutional rules regulations policies and guidelines.
- Demonstrate leadership professionalism integrity and a commitment to student-athlete success when interacting with all constituent groups with particular emphasis on student-athletes athletics department coaches and staff and members of the University community.
- Coordinate and contribute to the planning and execution of practices and competitions including practice plans game strategies scouting and in-game adjustments.
- Provide individual and small-group coaching instruction skill development and film review sessions to support student-athlete development and team performance.
- Participate in game-day preparation and responsibilities including team meetings pre-game preparation in-game coaching and post-game debriefs and evaluations.
- Collaborate with coaching staff and athletics personnel to support team operations student-athlete development and the overall goals of the athletics program.
Work Hours: Part-time
Schedule varies depending on in-season or out-of-season. The ability to work nights and weekends required to support practices and games.
